Have you ever looked back at your younger self and thought: Where did that carefree joy go?

Maybe life happened: you grew up, took on responsibilities, and somewhere along the way, a part of your spontaneous, curious, inner child got buried under the pressures of adult life.

But what if we told you that being a responsible adult and embracing your playful side can go hand in hand?

TINT and AEGEE Eindhoven invite you to a creative and interactive workshop where you will explore how to bring back that spark, without letting go of your goals and responsibilities. Life coach Margit van Tuijl will help you to rediscover what energizes you, identify what you may have lost along the way, and learn how to revive your playful spirit in your current life. There’s plenty of room to share experiences and inspire each other.
